What is Reiki?

Reiki is a holistic healing technique that channels universal life energy through the practitioner's intention to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. This energy, sometimes called 'ki' or 'chi,' flows through us and is essential for maintaining health.

During a Reiki session, whether in person or virtually, the practitioner focuses their intention to send healing energy to the recipient. Even when done remotely, the recipient can still experience the effects of Reiki, as the energy transcends physical distance. Through virtual sessions, the practitioner and recipient connect via video call, and the practitioner guides the recipient through relaxation techniques while directing healing energy.

While the experience of virtual Reiki may differ from in-person sessions, many still find it to be just as deeply calming and rejuvenating, offering a sense of balance and harmony in mind, body, and spirit, regardless of their beliefs.

What are Sound Bowls?

Sound bowls, including both traditional metal and crystal varieties, are ancient instruments used for meditation, relaxation, and healing. When utilized, they produce rich, resonant sounds believed to have therapeutic effects on the body, mind, and spirit. Many find listening to these bowls deeply calming, promoting relaxation and inner peace. They are valued for reducing stress and promoting well-being, offering a soothing and transformative experience for many.

Sound Baths: In addition to individual sound bowls, the practice of sound baths has gained popularity. A sound bath is an immersive, full body listening experience where participants lie down comfortably while a practitioner plays multiple sound bowls and other instruments, such as gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. The harmonious vibrations and frequencies produced during a sound bath envelop the participants, leading them into a meditative state.

Participants often report feeling deeply relaxed, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced after a sound bath. The therapeutic sound waves help release tension, balance the body's energy centers, and promote overall well-being. Sound healing has been shown to impact brain waves, increasing relaxation and aiding in nervous system regulation. 

Sound baths can be experienced in various settings, from wellness centers to private sessions, and even virtually through video calls, offering accessibility and convenience.

Yoga Sessions are tailored to meet you where you are. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, sessions can be customized to support your specific goals—whether that’s stress relief, improved mobility, emotional balance, or simply making space to slow down.

Each session incorporates intentional movement, breathwork, and grounding practices to help release tension, improve energy flow, and foster a deeper connection to self. Many participants report feeling more centered, calm, and uplifted after a session.

Individual Sessions (1 hour): $120
Group Sessions (1 hour): Starting at $200 for up to 5 participants. Add $50 for each additional person beyond the first five.
